Training Session
After passing the application, the applicant will be automatically promoted to the rank of Cadet Moderator, and they will move on to the training process. The first stage of the training process involves a training session. This training session will be hosted by an instructor, which is the rank of Admin. Each training session has a maximum of 10 participants, excluding the trainer and any supervisors.
During the training session, cadet's will be taken from their seats and will go through demo scenes. These scenes act as if the trainer is a victim or a witness of an offense, and it will be the cadet's job to try to deal with it as swiftly, efficiently, and accident-free as possible. The training session continues until all cadets have been examined. Once all cadets have been evaluated, the training is over.
If a cadet fails the session for any reason, they will be kicked from the server. They must wait until another session to rejoin. Each cadet is allowed to fail a maximum of 3 training sessions. If they fail their 3rd one, they will be dismissed from the staff team, and will have to retake the application if they still wish to become a staff member.
If a cadet passes the application, they will move onto the next stage.
